Herbs & Spices

In the most common use, herbs are low growing plants which bear seeds and do not have wooden stems. The leaves of these herbs are used for cooking in households around the world. When in comes to medicine, or even spiritual uses, more of the herb plant is used including the stems, roots, flowers and berries. Some herbs grow into small shrubs as well and do have woody stems. These herbs are often only used in medicine.
