Fringed Milkwort

The Fringed Milkwort (Polygala paucifolia) is also known as the Fringed Polygala and Gaywings, and is part of the Polygalaceae family. The flowers of the Fringed Milkwort grow white and pink.

The leaves of this flowering plant vary from oblong to lanceolate in shape, and are very thin. They also cluster around the flower. The stems are thin and bright green, and the plant is not very woody.
